This morning the two little ones and I went to the post office to mail our I 800A to USCIS. We get to go to the city and get fingerprinted again, although I am pretty sure mine have not changed since the last 5 times immigration services has taken mine. And, Mike's appear to all be there too...but the process is what it is, and we have to go get them done.
I also mailed our notarized application letter and our new and improved home study to the State for their "seal" on the documents. Once I have those back I will send them to the Chinese consulate for their seal as well. We only need to send 3 documents in addition to the copy of Lily's dossier to China. This paper pregnancy was pretty easy I must say.
Tomorrow our little guy will turn 4 years old. This should his very last birthday without a mom and a dad! I hope his foster family celebrates or does something special with him! We know he is well cared for and we are so happy that he is in a foster family where he can get more individualized attention. From the pictures and the video we have of his foster home, it looks very nice. It is clean and spacious and the furnishings are very modern.
Here's to hoping for a quick fingerprint appointment and an even quicker I 797 C approval form so we can get in line for Letter of Approval from China and get the ball rolling so we can bring this boy home!
